The Right Person to Find Your Home

People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right person can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience. Since we buy and sell below marketvalue, we want you to be able to buy your home with equity in the purchase.  When we make your experience easy and you know you have a good buy, you will naturally want to tell your friends.

Then, you'll want someone ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.

Next, you'll want someone with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. I only deal with professional real estate agents and mortgage brokers who have the expertise and track record of success you need. Plus we have a network of contacts that could be of value to you, such as remodeling/repair, moving, mortgage brokers, etc.

Lastly, you'll want someone who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
